Dockage
Emerald Point Marina offers slips with full-fingered docks for year-round berthing, and accommodating vessels up to 100 feet in length. Slips feature electric and freshwater hook-ups, as well as cable TV connections and WiFi access (the latter two provided in select slips). Pump-out is available both at the fuel dock and in-slip.
All-inclusive annual dock space includes, but is not limited to:
- 260 covered slips
- 48 open (uncovered) slips
- 20- to 60-foot overall slip lengths
- Pier ends accommodate vessels of any size
- Private, on-site restroom and shower
- Combination lock access to docks
