Emerald Point Marina is proud to offer Lake Travis’ only fully-enclosed, climate-controlled dry stack storage facility, which offers secure, convenient space for 318 boats up to 30 feet in length. Though Austin is not known for its inclement winters, indoor storage, accessible to tenants 365 days a year. The facility is heated in the winter for comfort. Dry stack spaces are available in various dimensions, with enough overhead clearance to safely accommodate boats with wake board towers or T-tops. For those who refuse to wear a watch when they’re on the water, Emerald Point offers dry-stack customers use of 30 overnight courtesy slips for those extended days on the water. Valet service handles the all the hassles of launching and hauling. Emerald Point also boasts a full four acres of open boat-trailer storage.
